From sign-up to first rental in four steps.

Here is exactly how a car rental company gets started on Rentora — and how every rental then moves from booking to return.

  1. 01

    Register your company

Create an owner account, enter your company details and choose your workspace address. Your workspace lives at its own path, like /royal-rentals.

System addresses such as admin, login and pricing are reserved and can't be claimed.

  2. 02

Get approved and pick a plan

The platform team reviews your registration, assigns the plan that fits your fleet and activates your workspace. Until then, your company stays safely in a pending state.

  3. 03

Add your fleet, drivers and team

Add vehicles, drivers and customers, then invite staff by email. Each invitation is single-use and expires, and you decide exactly what each person can see and do.

  4. 04

    Run rentals and get paid

Create a booking, confirm it to lock the price, hand over the car and record the return. Payments, deposits, invoices and reports update as you go.

Rental lifecycle

Every rental follows one validated path

Rentora only allows valid status changes, and every change is recorded with who made it and when.
