Pricing FAQ
How do subscription payments work?
Subscriptions are arranged directly with the Rentora team, for example by bank transfer. Each payment is recorded against your subscription so you always have a clear billing history.
What happens when I reach my vehicle or staff limit?
You can keep using everything you already have. Adding more vehicles or staff is paused, and Rentora shows which plan unlocks a higher limit.
What happens if my subscription expires?
Your data is never deleted. After a configurable grace period, normal operations are restricted until the subscription is renewed, and your records are waiting exactly as you left them.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Contact us and the platform team will move your company to the new plan. Your data and settings carry over.
